Beautiful
villa on the first golf course in Fuerteventura, home of the Canaries
Open in 2004. The villa is located on the La Colina complex and
has been furnished to the highest standard, and being in front line
has great views out to the Atlantic and over to the golf course.
The property is within a gated garden area making it very safe for
young children. Guests have use of the large communal pool area
which has sun loungers, WC, showers and a separate child’s
pool. The beach, bars, restaurants and large Atlantico Shopping
Centre are a 15 minute walk away, or you can use the free courtesy
coach service which runs throughout the day (except for the afternoon
siesta period!) and runs from the 5* Golf Hotel/Clubhouse which
is only five minutes walk away. |
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa can sleep up to 6 adults and 1 child and has cable TV via satellite and a Playstation 2. It has a fully fitted kitchen which includes a washing machine and oven & hob and also has Granite worktops. The large lounge/diner has leather sofas and patio doors leading onto the large terrace area with a wooden table and seating for 8, sun loungers and a brick built BBQ. The villa is ideal from both family and golf holidays or just great for those that want to get away and enjoy the sunny climate! |

There is 24 hour a day security at the golf course. Please note no smoking permitted within the villa. Prices based on 4 people. Additional guests at £25 per person per week (Maximum of 7 people). Travel cot available. If you wish to make a booking for 4 weeks or more please enquire as a discount may be available. £150 deposit should be made at time of booking, balance being due 8 weeks prior to departure.
