The property is a recently finished development, 150 metres from all amenities. Esmeralda is a beautiful modern apartment suitable for up to 8 people set at the foot of Chipmunk mountain in the town of Caleta de Fuste (Costa Caleta). The town itself is the ideal place relax or a base to travel around the island as it is the most central resort on the island.

Caleta boasts of 2 championship golf courses, the Atlantico modern shopping centre and the main city of Puerto del Rosario only 15 minutes away on the bus which stops directly across from Esmeralda. A car is not essential as buses run from north to south of the island via Caleta regularly although if you plan a trip across the mountains a car is needed.

Bars and the best restaurants on the island are all within 5 minutes, the Portuguese steak house is recommended and being only 150m from the apartment it's easy to find. Book early as it is always difficult to get a table.

Sean Ogs bar and the Step Inn are 2 Irish bars with all the games and live music. Scottish and English bars also close by.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms 1 with double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes etc. Kitchen/dining room with all mod cons oven, grill, hob, fridge/freezer, sandwich toaster, microwave, juicer, toaster etc. Living room with pull out couch which sleeps 2 people furnished with tv, stereo, cd and dvd. Bathroom with shower, bidet, wc .Laundry room with large sink and washing machine.
