American Star Shipwreck Only a short distance from Pajara you'll find the American Star. Accessed via a dirt track (good fun) you'll come across it's silhouette perched peacefully on the ocean. Shipwrecked about 9 years ago the American Star has taken a battering from the Atlantic and large pieces of the hull have disappeared. |

El Cotillo Although El Cotillo is on the west coast it is perfectly safe for swimming. The rough waters break a little off shore then gently trickle into the crescent shaped bay. One of the beaches you must visit! |
