All we ask is if we secure a booking for your property you pay us 10% of the rental cost for that particular week or weeks.

How it works: Someone searching the Internet for privately owned accommodation in Fuerteventura comes across our site and sees your property listed. If they like the look of it and decide to book they will then contact us and in turn we will contact you to check availability and to confirm the price. When confirmation of the booking has been accepted we will then pass the details of the enquirer to you so you can receive payment of the deposit and subsequently the remainder of the balance.

We don't handle any money that is due to you from the enquirer - you stay in full control of the reservation at all times.

When the enquirer makes their final payment you will then pass the 10% fee to us.

If we don't get a booking for your property you don't pay a penny!
